how to book the band

The Andy Dickens Band is available to play at festivals as well as private events and corporate functions.

If you would like to book the band for an event please e-mail bookings@andydickens.com or call +44 (0) 2380251301 with as many of the following details as possible:

• Contact & Organisation Name (if applicable)
• Address, Phone numbers, Fax & Email
• Type of function, Date of function, Performance times

From this initial email or phone call we will be able to ascertain the band availability and understand your specific requirements. Prior to the event Andy will usually meet you at the venue, where appropriate, to discuss the finer details. This preparation and also our thorough co-ordination of the band's entertainment at the event itself ensures that the jazz entertainment runs smoothly and to your satisfaction.

If you decide to book the band a verbal contract will be followed by a written contract stating both the client's and the artists' terms and conditions. This is signed by both parties and a deposit is payable. Full payment is required 14 days prior to the engagement.
